With Speakers Diop Olugbala (Lead Organizer for International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement, Brooklyn, NY) and Penny Hess (National Chairwoman for African People's Solidarity Committee, author of "Overturning the Culture of Violence")
Throughout the city of Boston, the African community is under siege. Black people face city-imposed poverty and a drug economy, violence and ultimately, ethnic cleansing. White people continue to benefit from this and have been complicit with it, as we have throughout history. Come to a forum to discuss how the white community can stand on the side of African peoples struggle for social justice and self-determination.
